Homesick
I have lived away from home now for 2 1/2 years and never have I been homesick...until now. I hate not knowing when my dad or Shawnee/Danny or Jake/Cassie or Sandee or Creed or Hayes or my grandparents or aunts or uncles or friends will ever see Strider. He is so super cute and pictures do not do him justice. Although my mom has seen him once, I don't know when she will see him again. Even if my family comes to visit in a couple of months they will have already missed the newborn phase. I don't know why I care but for some reason I really have been homesick. Poor Ryan...first, having to deal with me pregnant and now, having to deal with my hormones after being pregnant. I'm a mess!!
It seems different this time compared to when we moved. When we moved, Taegen and Kyler were only a month and a half old but everybody had a chance to see and cuddle them before we left. Plus in the first year we were out here I went to Utah on 3 different occasions and a member of my family came out here on 3 or more occasions. Now, with 3 children I don't know when I will be able to go to Utah again (with or without my hubby). Taegen and Kyler now cost to fly and I don't know if my sanity would allow me to travel alone with three children under the age of three.
So, for all those who will not see Strider for a long or short time just know that he is so sweet and precious and cute and loveable and he makes me happy even if I am homesick!!

More Strider Pictures
The boys are becoming well adjusted to having a baby and LOVE to hold him and give him his binky. Strider is super cute and we are loving having him at home with us. Krista and Strider came home from the hospital on Tuesday. Grandma Stapp has been here all week helping and cooking and playing with the boys. It has been SUPER helpful. She left today and we are all sad and crying because of it. Thanks mom for coming out and being so fun with the boys and doing so much for us. Your fabulous!! Strider had his one week appointment and weighed 9 lbs 8 oz and was 21 1/4 inches long. He is so cute (he must take after his daddy). Seriously, he is so easy and fun and we love him to pieces.
